Refund Policy

Our Guarantee
We guarantee your ice cream will arrive frozen.

If Your Ice Cream Arrives Melted
You have 24 hours from delivery to report any issues. Submit a photo of the melted ice cream along with a timestamp (a screenshot of the photo works) to orders@littlemanicecream.com. You can choose either a refund or re-delivery.

Important
Check your package immediately after delivery. To qualify for a refund or re-delivery, you must verify the ice cream was melted upon arrival. We are not responsible for packages left outdoors following delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, you may do so up until Saturday at 12:00pm MST.
