When We Ship
All orders ship on Mondays at 9:00am MST. To make it onto that week's shipment, place your order by Monday at 7:00am MST.

Where We Ship
We ship to all continental US states via FedEx. Your ice cream typically arrives within 2 business days depending on your location.

How We Pack Your Order
Your ice cream ships in recyclable insulation with dry ice to keep everything frozen during transit. Wear gloves when handling dry ice—it's extremely cold.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive an email with tracking information after your order is processed.

When Your Order Arrives
Transfer your ice cream to the freezer immediately upon delivery to maintain quality.
